The leading character of Better from Within is Grace, a 46-year-old unemployed single mother who grapples with a job search and health concerns. Her daughter Angie, her mother Naomi, her mortgage, and the junk in her garage add to her worries. Amidst her life’s turmoil, several mentors aid Grace on her midlife journey.
Grace learns to use new tools from the upcoming book “Better from Within: 7 Steps to a Wise Brain.” Eventually, she breaks away from old patterns and moves toward her dreams–and her dream job.
